Level Up Automation was founded in 2016 with a vision to be the best and most knowledgeable automation company in the world. Quickly establishing itself as a leader and difference-maker in an industry poised for explosive growth, it strives to deliver on the company's mission: to be trusted advisors to clients in an ever-evolving technology integration space. 
With this vision in mind, company founder Jennifer Mallett saw an
opportunity to deliver a new level of service aimed at addressing the
growing demands of today’s customers. Pioneering this approach in a
traditionally male industry, Jen joined an exclusive group of women in CE
who bring vision, value, and new ideas to their profession, translating to
exceptional experiences for the technology consumer.
With the launch of the Level Up Automation franchise system in 2021,
Jen’s vision has opened doors for other women and customer-focused
individuals to own a piece of this ever-changing and future-forward
business.
Recognized in 2022 for the inroads she’s made, she was asked to be a
member of the industry’s governing body, CEDIA, and in 2023 moved into
a leadership role for them as treasurer.
Today, Level Up retail showrooms exist in key markets to bring excellence to home automation in design, education, and hands-on demonstration experiences.
